Home of the gulet and the Blue Cruise: a crusader castle, windmills and the bays of Gökova.
The Bodrum peninsula is Turkey's yachting capital. Wooden gulets have been built here for generations, and the marina below the Castle of St Peter and modern Yalıkavak host vessels of every size. The north shore has fashionable Türkbükü and Gümüşlük, the south has Kara Ada and Orak islands, and to the east lies the pine-fringed Gulf of Gökova.
A yacht charter in Bodrum comes in two formats. A day trip means a few hours or a full day of swimming stops with lunch on board. A week on a crewed gulet with cabins is the famous Blue Cruise around Gökova or towards Marmaris, with nights at anchor in quiet bays and breakfast on the aft deck.
Bodrum suits groups of friends, families with teenagers and anyone after a more stylish holiday: large motor yachts berth in Yalıkavak and you can step ashore for dinner in the evening. Gulet charter in Turkey is especially easy from here, as the choice of boats and crews is the widest on the coast, from simple family gulets to air-conditioned luxury vessels.

No. Everything we offer comes with a professional captain and crew. A licence is only needed for bareboat charter, which we do not offer.
May to October. In high summer the meltemi blows, so the captain picks sheltered bays; June and September bring warm water and gentler winds.
Yes. Gulets are stable and spacious, and kids can swim straight off the stern at anchor. Bring sunscreen, hats, a light layer for evenings and seasickness remedies just in case.
A deposit is usually required, especially for July and August. If storms are forecast the captain adjusts the route or reschedules; cancellation policies vary by yacht and are confirmed in your quote.
