You may browse the site and send requests for your own charter plans or on behalf of a group you are organising. Please give accurate contact details and trip information, and do not use the site to send spam, false requests or anything unlawful.

The texts, layout and compilation of information on the site may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

YachtCharterMatch is an intermediary matching service. We are not a charter operator and do not own or operate yachts. When you send a request, we contact local licensed charter companies and yacht owners and pass their options to you.

Any charter contract is between you and the yacht owner or operator, on their terms. A request through this site never confirms or reserves a charter. Matching is free for you; the charter itself is paid to the operator, and the site does not process payments.

Prices on the site are indicative market “from” prices in EUR, intended to help you compare options. They are not offers. Actual prices depend on the yacht, date, duration, season and extras, may be quoted in another currency, and are confirmed only in the operator's written offer.

Yacht photos illustrate the type of yacht and are not necessarily the exact vessel you will be offered. They are photos from Unsplash, credited to their authors. Specifications such as length, guest numbers and features describe typical examples of a model and can differ between individual yachts.

We aim to keep destination guides, routes, seasons and yacht descriptions accurate and up to date, but conditions change: marinas update rules, operators change their fleets and prices, and weather varies year to year.

The information on the site is general guidance, not a promise. Before booking, rely on the details in the operator's offer and contract, and check any point that matters to you.

Our responsibility is limited to the matching service: passing on your request with reasonable care and relaying the options and information we receive from operators. We are not responsible for the operator's yacht, crew, services, safety, pricing or performance of the charter contract.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law that applies to you which cannot be excluded.

When you send a request, we use your contact details and trip information to find options and to contact you, and we share the necessary details with the operators we approach. Our privacy notice explains what we collect, why and how long we keep it.

We may update these terms when the service or the website changes. The current version is always the one published on this page. Requests sent before a change are handled under the terms in place when you sent them.
